General Questions
Everything you need to know about our big day! From the date and location to dress code and guest policies, here’s a quick guide to help you prepare for our wedding.
When and where is the wedding?
Our wedding will take place on December 13, 2025 (Saturday) at EMV Flower Farm (Indang, Cavite). The ceremony starts at 3:30 pm, so please arrive a little early!
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes, 2:30 pm, before the ceremony begins at 3:30 pm to find your seat and get settled.
What’s the dress code?
Our wedding is formal. Please dress accordingly. You may check out the attire dress code on our HOME page
Can I bring a plus-one?
We truly appreciate your excitement to celebrate with us! However, due to our limited guest count, we can only accommodate those we have personally invited.
If you have a special circumstance that requires a plus one (such as a long-distance partner or a caregiver), please reach out to us directly. While we can’t guarantee additional guests, we are happy to discuss it on a case-by-case basis.
To be fair to everyone, we are strictly following our guest list and won’t be able to make exceptions beyond valid circumstances. We hope for your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you! 💛
Are kids allowed?
Children ages 7 below are not allowed UNLESS he or she is directly related to the bride or groom (niece/nephew/cousin)
What happens if it rains?
There are covered venues in case it rains during reception. However, if it was forecasted to rain hours before the ceremony, the couple will decide if the ceremony will be held in the same place as the reception

How do I get to the venue?
Is there parking available?
Are there nearby hotels or accommodations?
Yes! There are hotels, transient houses, and Airbnb nearby. We recommend our guests to contact Hacienda Solange Indang for more information
Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes, everything will be held at the same venue
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
It’s an outdoor garden wedding – Please dress accordingly! The event runs from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and with December’s cooler weather, it will be pleasantly breezy.
Will there be transportation provided?
No, there will be no transportation provided. You can check our guide on how to get to the venue on our HOME page or you can reach out to a relative or a friend for a lift
Food & Drinks
We’re excited to share a delicious meal with you! Here’s what’s on the menu, including special dietary options and details about the bar.
What kind of food will be served?
It is a buffet catering and as discussed with our venue and caterer, here is the menu on our special day:
- Appetizer
- Soup
- 3 main course (beef, chicken, pork)
- 1 Vegetable
- 1 dessert
- Bottomless drinks
And by the way, we also have cocktail food which will be served after the ceremony.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
If you are in need of vegetarian or vegan food, please reach out to the couple immediately so they can plan it out and discuss it with the caterer.
Is there an open bar?
There will be an open bar (food and non-alcoholic drinks) with free-flowing coffee. Liquor and alcoholic drinks won’t be served during the program, but the couple are discussing the possibility of serving them after 9:00 PM.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Unfortunately, as per venue rules, outside food and drinks aren’t allowed, but we’ve got plenty for you to enjoy!
Can we take home extra food?
Gifts & Registry
Your presence is the greatest gift of all! But if you’d like to celebrate us with a little something extra, here’s everything you need to know about our wedding registry and gift preferences.
Are you registered anywhere?
Yes! We’ve put together a small online wishlist with some of the things that will help us start our married life together. You can check it out here:
Of course, your love and presence at our wedding mean the most to us, so gifts are completely optional. 💖
Can we give cash instead of a gift?
Your presence is the greatest gift! However, if you’d like to give a monetary gift, we will have a gift box at the venue. For added convenience and security, we’re also considering bank transfers or e-wallet options and will provide a QR code at the venue on the day itself.
What if I can’t attend but still want to send a gift?
You may reach out to the couple through message or email to handle the logistics of the gift
Reception & Entertainment
Get ready to celebrate! Here’s what to expect at our wedding reception.
Will there be dancing?
As of this writing, there is no final program yet so we are not able to answer it. Please keep in touch for future updates
Will there be an afterparty?
We’re still deciding whether to have an after party, and no final plans have been made yet. We’ll provide updates on this website once we’ve reached a decision.
Since the reception will end late, we HIGHLY encourage our guests to head home safely and sober
Will there be activities or games?
As of this writing, there is no final program yet so we are not able to answer it. Please keep in touch for future updates
What time does the reception end?
The party officially concludes at 9:00 PM. If guests wish to take photos with the newlyweds, the couple will coordinate with the venue on the day itself for a possible extension
Photography & Social Media

Can we take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Yes, and we will share photos after the wedding in this website.
Can I take photos with the couple?
Of course! We’d love to take photos with you during the reception and after the program.
RSVP & Contact

If your first name has two words, kindly type them out in full.
Example: Miguel James Dela Cruz (instead of MJ Dela Cruz).
If you still can’t find your name on the list, please send us a message directly so we can assist you.
What if I need to change my RSVP?
Feel free to update your RSVP on or before November 8, 2025. After this date, your latest response will be considered final. We’ll be doing a final check that same week as we’ll be passing the guest list to our wedding suppliers. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Who can I contact if I have more questions?
You can reach out to the groom and bride but there won’t be an assurance that they can answer immediately. Please keep in mind that they are also preparing for the wedding.
In that scenario, please reach out to one of the entourage.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes! The venue is pet-friendly. If you plan to bring your pet, please ensure they remain calm and well-behaved so we can all enjoy a solemn and peaceful ceremony and reception.
After all, no one wants unexpected barking during the ‘I do’s!
